As announced in Thunder Golds news release, dated January 26, 2026 titled “Thunder Gold Announces Mineral Resource Estimate for the Tower Mountain Property”, the Company shall publish a National Instrument (“NI”) 43-101 Technical Report within forty-five (45) days of the news release. The Technical Report shall be available on the Company’s website and SEDAR+ profile.
