Thunder Gold Corp. (TSXV: TGOL) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on unlocking the full potential of emerging, district-scale gold systems in established mining jurisdictions. The company is advancing its flagship Tower Mountain Gold Project near Thunder Bay, Ontario — a large-tonnage, intrusion-related gold system with the scale, continuity, and infrastructure advantages to support long-life development.
Located 40 km west of the international port city of Thunder Bay and directly adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway, the 2,500-hectare Tower Mountain property boasts year-round access, nearby rail and hydro, strong local workforce availability and >90% metallurgical recoveries. More than 40,000 metres of drilling to date have outlined a consistent, laterally extensive gold system averaging ~0.8 g/t Au, with high-grade intercepts up to 941.0 g/t Au over 1.5 metres. Mineralization is hosted both within the intrusion and throughout the surrounding altered volcanic rocks, and only 25% of the intrusive perimeter has been drill-tested. The remaining 75% shows identical geology, alteration and geophysical signatures, presenting a compelling growth opportunity.
